What’s a good title to use for my form?

With form titles it is always a good idea to try to communicate what is required of the customer and what is in it for them. Here are some suggestions!

Newsletter Signup Form

"Sign up for our Newsletter to receive exclusive deals and offers"

Competition Form

"Enter your details below for the chance to win a X"

Event Sign In

"Welcome, please sign in"

So you know: You've also got a subtitle that you can utilise if you need to add more information.
